How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept payments via PayPal and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment we are able to ship to Singapore and cities in Southeast Asia: Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur.
How much is shipping?
It's a flat $8 for Singapore delivery, but it's free for purchases that total S$65 or more.
International:
Malaysia - from S$20; Free if purchases total S$200 or more
If you have an alternative shipper for international deliveries, let us know and we'll try our best to help you arrange it.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
For local (Singapore) shipping, we'd say four days, tops. You'll be given a tracking number where you can see your delivery status.
For Southeast Asian countries, it would take between 2 and 8 working days.
For items that are pre-ordered, we'd say a maximum of 2 weeks. We normally only allow pre-orders for items that are already en-route to us. In any case, we would inform you if the items were to arrive earlier!
How can I pay for my order?
We take PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express, and of course, ApplePay.
What is your return and refund policy?
If there are obvious defects in the items you've ordered, please notify us within 7 days and we will organise a return and refund upon inspection. This excludes goods with obvious wear and tear.
